Service Policy

Roomstylez (hereinafter referred to as “we”) strictly complies with relevant UK laws and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). This Service Policy is intended to clarify the rights and obligations between you and us during the online shopping process, including account usage, order processing, delivery, returns and exchanges, and refunds. This policy helps you understand and comply with our service rules.

Scope of Application

This Service Policy applies to all users who use our online store services. Regardless of the device you use to access our online store (such as computers or mobile devices), you are required to comply with this policy. The policy covers activities including browsing, registration, placing orders, payment, receiving goods, and using after-sales services.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information and password to prevent unauthorized access or misuse. Any losses caused by information leakage, password loss, or account misuse shall be borne by you. If you detect any abnormal activity in your account, please contact us immediately.

Product Information and Inventory

We ensure that all product information displayed in the online store is accurate and valid, including product descriptions, specifications, materials, and images, and that it corresponds to the actual products. Inventory information is updated in real time to reflect current availability. All prices include customs duties, value-added tax (VAT at 20%), and related fees, with no hidden charges. Shipping fees are determined based on the order amount.

Orders and Payment

After you place an order, we will provide an order summary displaying product details, unit prices, quantities, total amount, and shipping fees. We accept payments only in British Pounds (GBP), and all transactions are completed in GBP. Delivery Policy

We currently provide delivery services within the United Kingdom only and do not support international shipping.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount:

For orders between £0.01 and £103.19, the shipping fee is £10.
For orders of £103.20 or above, shipping is free.

Order acceptance hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 UK time. Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day. If public holidays affect processing, orders will be postponed to the next working day. Order preparation time is 1–3 working days, and delivery time is 10–15 working days. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order directly and must wait for delivery before applying for a return and refund. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or phone to customer service and must include the order number and payment proof. We will process your request within 1–3 working days and notify you of the result. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be initiated immediately. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Within 30 days of receiving the product, you may apply for a return or exchange if the product has quality issues or does not match the description. You may also apply for a return or exchange without providing a reason. All return or exchange requests must be submitted through customer service along with the required documentation. After approval, the product must be returned to the designated return address. Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process the refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returns without reason are borne by the customer, while shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to quality issues are borne by us. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method (such as Visa or MasterCard). Refunds typically take 10–15 working days to be credited. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Disputes and Applicable Law

All services and related policies are governed by UK law and the GDPR. If a dispute arises during the execution of this Service Policy or the use of our services, we encourage both parties to seek an amicable resolution first. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in the United Kingdom.

Intellectual Property Statement

All content in our online store, including but not limited to product images, text descriptions, trademarks, page designs, and program code, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to us. Without our written permission, no individual or entity may copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes.

Disclaimer

If we breach the agreement due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence, if products have quality defects, or if damage is caused to you, we will assume responsibility and provide compensation.

We shall not be liable for service interruptions, delays, or non-performance caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, transportation disruptions, system failures, or political changes. However, we will notify you in a timely manner and make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.

Any losses caused by the user’s own actions, including providing incorrect information, failing to accept orders on time, or improper account management, shall be borne by the user. We will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

We are only responsible for the services and products we provide and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services.

For issues caused by third parties such as logistics providers or payment processors, we will assist in communication but do not assume direct liability.

We reserve the right to amend this Service Policy based on legal or business requirements. Any changes will be announced on the online store and will take effect after the notice period.
