If approved you will receive the return address and further instructions

Exchange Product Delivery

If you choose to exchange the product the delivery of the new item will follow our current delivery rules

Product preparation time 1–3 working days

Delivery time after shipping approximately 10–15 working days

After the new product is shipped you will receive a notification containing logistics information and can track progress via the order tracking page on our online store

Costs

Returns without reason shipping costs are borne by you

Returns due to product issues reasonable shipping costs are borne by us

Exchange shipping costs for sending the replacement product are borne by us

Except for the above situations no additional return or exchange handling fees will be charged

If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or discrepancies we will cooperate according to applicable rules

If any issue occurs during the return shipment we will assist you in communicating with the logistics service provider
