Order Cancellation Policy

Roomstylez hereinafter referred to as we provides order cancellation services under UK law and the GDPR General Data Protection Regulation This policy explains the circumstances under which an order can be cancelled the processing procedures and relevant considerations helping you understand the available cancellation options after placing an order

Circumstances Under Which Orders Can Be Cancelled

You may request an order cancellation if the following conditions are met

The request is made within 48 hours from the time of placing the order and the order has not entered the shipping process

The order has not yet been handed over to the logistics service provider

If the order exceeds 48 hours or has already entered the shipping stage direct cancellation is not possible In this case you may request a return and refund after receiving the goods in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy

Processing Time

Order cancellation requests are usually reviewed within 1–3 working days

If the cancellation request meets the conditions and is approved the refund process will be initiated simultaneously

The processing result will be communicated via the contact information you provided when placing the order

Refund Method

For confirmed cancellations refunds will be processed using the original payment method such as Visa or MasterCard

Due to banking or payment institution processing times refunds typically take 10–15 working days to reach your account

If system errors or incorrect order information necessitate cancellation we will cooperate to complete the relevant process

If you submit a cancellation request within the valid period but the order is shipped due to processing delays we will assist you according to the relevant procedures

If minor inconsistencies in the cancellation request occur we may confirm the information with you rather than directly rejecting a reasonable request

If processing delays are caused by unforeseen circumstances such as system maintenance or public events we will continue to process the request to the extent possible

As long as the cancellation conditions are met no additional cancellation fees will be charged
