We only accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as online payment methods. You may use either of these cards to complete your order payment. The supported currency is British Pounds (£). All prices are displayed in GBP, and all payments are processed and settled in GBP.

Order Cost Details

The total amount you pay consists of the product price and shipping fees, including the following:

Product price

The actual price of the selected products, which already includes all applicable costs such as customs duties and 20% UK Value Added Tax (VAT). There are no hidden fees.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount. For specific shipping costs, please refer to our Delivery Policy. Orders that meet the specified amount are eligible for free shipping.

Handling Payment Issues

If you encounter any issues during the payment process, such as payment failure, unconfirmed orders, duplicate charges, or other abnormalities, please stop the payment process immediately and contact our customer service team. Please provide your order number, payment time, card type used, and payment proof (such as bank notifications or statements) so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Our customer service team will handle your issue within 1–3 working days and take appropriate measures depending on the situation. In the case of payment errors, we will assist you in identifying the issue and guide you through a new payment. For unconfirmed payments, we will update the order status once the payment is received. For duplicate payments, we will refund the excess amount and inform you of the processing progress and outcome.

If payment errors or losses occur due to issues with our payment systems or technical failures, we will take responsibility and make every effort to resolve the issue.

If payment failure is caused by card-related issues such as insufficient balance, expired cards, card restrictions, bank system errors, or network interruptions, we will assist you in communicating with your bank or the payment service provider but do not bear direct responsibility for such payment issues.

If issues arise due to user error, such as entering incorrect payment information or submitting duplicate payment requests, we will provide assistance, but any reasonable costs incurred shall be borne by you.

If unforeseen circumstances occur during the payment process, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or political changes, we will notify you as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to restore services once the issue is resolved, minimizing any impact on you.

While we strive to ensure the stability and security of our payment systems, we cannot eliminate all potential risks. We shall not assume liability beyond what is required by law for events not caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
