Delivery Policy
Roomstylez (hereinafter referred to as “we”) provides delivery services in compliance with UK laws and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), ensuring that your delivery process is regulated and transparent. The following Delivery Policy is intended to help you understand the specific terms and conditions related to delivery.
Delivery Area
We currently provide delivery services within the United Kingdom only and do not support delivery to other countries or regions. Our delivery services cover the entire UK, including major cities and rural areas, such as London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Bristol, and other counties.
Shipping Fees
Your total order amount includes the product price and shipping fees. All related costs, including customs duties and UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%), are already included, and there are no hidden charges. Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount:
For orders between £0.01 and £103.19, the shipping fee is £10.
For orders of £103.20 and above, shipping is free.
Order Processing Time
Order acceptance hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 UK time. Orders placed before 18:00 will be processed on the same day, while orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next working day. If the order is placed on weekends or public holidays, processing will be postponed to the next working day.
Order preparation time is 1–3 working days, including order verification, inventory checks, product packaging, and logistics information entry.
Delivery Time
Once the order is prepared and handed over to the logistics provider, the goods will be dispatched according to your delivery address. The standard delivery time is 10–15 working days. If delays occur due to extreme weather, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you in a timely manner.

We cooperate with well-known and reliable logistics companies, including DHL, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure safe and efficient delivery of goods.
Order Tracking
After a successful order is placed, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment information, and logistics details. You may log in to our website and access the “Order Tracking” page, where you can enter your email address or phone number along with your order number to track the order processing and delivery status in real time.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Upon receiving the goods, please check the quantity, appearance, and packaging to ensure the items are not damaged. If you find any damage or defects, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately. If no objections are raised at the time of receipt, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered as agreed and free from defects. To protect your rights, we recommend taking photos or videos upon receipt as evidence.
Liability Statement
If goods are damaged or lost during transportation due to errors by the logistics provider or our delivery process, we will offer replacement, return, or appropriate compensation. Any losses caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you or failure to receive the goods in a timely manner shall be borne by you.
If you need to modify delivery information (such as address or phone number) or cancel an order after placing it, please contact us before delivery preparation begins. Once delivery preparation has started or the order has been handed over to the logistics provider, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, and any resulting additional costs or losses shall be borne by you.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate, complete, and accessible. Any delays or returns caused by unclear addresses or inability to receive the package will result in transportation costs and losses borne by you.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, transportation disruptions, or health crises, we will notify you promptly and may adjust delivery arrangements or cancel orders. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising therefrom, but we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact.
We are only responsible for the delivery of goods and shall not be liable for losses caused by delivery delays, including business losses or indirect profit losses.
